Cardio assignment
What is cardio ? Cardio is cardiovascular exercise. There are many exercise's for this for an example running , swimming , and many more. Cardiovascular health relates to the health of the heart and blood vessels. It also relates to the health of organs that are critically dependent on a strong blood supply. Cardio has to do with the heart and how its functioning.
Cardiovascular health refers to health of the heart as well as the blood vessels. It is important to have proper blood supply to various organs to maintain good health. Heart is the muscle which pumps blood to various organs. If there is any damage to the heart, then other organs also get affected. In case the heart muscle fails to function, then we die. You need to work out to 30 minutes to an hour everyday, exercising helps your heart rate. Excercing is important because it helps you plump blood better through your body and it helps your heart muscles become more efficient and better. People need to focus on their heart rate and stop being lazy because that's where heart attacks come in and why people pass away.
One example you can do is run running help your heart a lot and lets blood pump way better . You also loose weight when your running. Another example would be swimming , why ? , because swimming is good for working out and for your heart. Swimming is just like running just that you use your hands too. One last example would be also baseball / softball , this activity is like running your heart waits for the player to bat and you run for the ball. These activities are good for the heart , even doing p.e exercises are good . I would want to do these now so my heart can be good and healthy.
Some better ways I can live healthier and better is to do exercises better and eat more healthy maybe get into a sport again. I will run more because running is good for the whole body even though i get tired I wont give up after reading this. Being lazy are a lot of people's problem they give up too quick which is bad. During summer I choose to go to the gym again and get back and shape and stop eating un healthy things such as junk food.
